New Life Ministries International
New Life Ministries International was birthed out of the reorganization of New Life Christian Fellowship Churches from a one church multi-site model to multiple autonomous churches, a family of churches model. NLMI could be defined as an apostolic network of churches that share common vision, common values, and common practices, while maintaining a high commitment to covenantal relationship. NLMI gives spiritual oversight to the various New Life churches and ministries. NLMI also is home to the New Life Missions Department which oversees all the missionary efforts and short-term trips for the New Life Family of Churches.
New Life Ministries International, an apostolic team (or board of spiritual fathers) was formed with Dr. Joseph Umidi, as Senior Director. The team is responsible to give training, oversight, correction and mentoring to the leaders from each of the family of churches. They are also called upon to give clear vision and direction to the entire movement. The team includes, Dr. Joseph Umidi, Dr. Chris Feucht, Pastor Dan Backens, Pastor Sam Scaggs, Pastor Steve Morgan and Pastor Brent Lucy. Advisory members include: Pastor Bobby Hill and Dr. William Brown.

Vanguard Ministries
Vanguard Ministries founded by Pastor Bobby Hill in 1998 was birthed out of a need to provide churches with a covering, accountability, resources, and networking opportunities for both national and international churches. Vanguard currently gives oversight to 18 churches and church movements worldwide.
Vanguard is described as an apostolic network of leaders and churches and provides a framework for other ministries, resources, and services. Vanguard as an organization is established and maintained along relational lines-not hierarchical authority. It consists of a collective group of leaders who applaud their racial, gender, socioeconomic, and cultural differences, but are equally aware of the need to build on the strength of those things that make each of them unique. Vanguard provides ministerial credentialing, ordination and consulting services to strengthen the church.
