New Strength International Ministries’ (NSIM) mission is to usher the glory of God to the nations for transformation and harvest. Through partnership with various organizations and ministries nationally and internationally, NSIM trains and equips individuals, groups and churches worldwide to be fully released in worship.
Through training in the areas of leadership, spiritual formation, worship and a worldwide perspective, NSIM is committed to seeing God’s glory manifested to bring about true transformation in the hearts of individuals and throughout the nations. Our teams have experienced tremendous breakthroughs of the presence of God throughout the nations as the incense of worship was offered. Transformational Leadership Coaching
Transformational Leadership Coaching (TLC) was developed by a team headed by Dr. Joseph Umidi, because of a need to have an effective system to help leaders go to the next level. There are many books and articles filled with self-improvement methods that work if you stay the course. However, most leaders fail to succeed by doing it on their own. It takes someone to help them to change. A TLC coach is a personal change expert who helps others fulfill their destiny. Professionally trained in a unique leadership skill, coaches help others identify important goals and priorities, strategize about how to reach them, and overcome obstacles that crop up along the way.
Transformational Leadership Coaching is a network of coaches and coach trainers who help leaders grow and finish well. TLC provides coaching, training, and certification to become a Professional Coach. TLC provides two programs to become a Certified Professional Coach, the full Professional Training and the Accelerated Coach Training. TLC currently has partnerships in Korea, Singapore, and El Salvador; and offers its training modules in thirteen countries and ten different languages.
